I am connecting directly from a Meridian Option 81C Rls 4.5 to a Cisco Call Manager. This is how I have the route and trunks configured now.

I have 3 new PRIs which are going into a new route. I have the route and one of the PRIs configured but calls are getting intercepted to the attendant. The route is aquired in Symposium but I'm not sure where else it needs to be set up to give voice treatment.

I was in the process of doing your list of options and figured, what the hell, and changed the controller card out while I had the shelf down. The card slot is working now. Never thought a controller card would be the culprit for a single card slot. Thanks for your help.
I have card slot 56-1-11 that I can't enable the card that is in that slot. If I plug/unplug the card in the I get the XMI messages, but cannot enable the card. Thoughts?
Yes. You have to install a patch for Rls 5 which install a newer version of CallPilot Manager. Once you install that, run the wizard and check the time zone setting. It will be set to a time zone an hour ahead of yours.
