call center issue
bcm400 with 3.7 software. we have 3 skillsets. when a call comes into the switchboard which is at another location and they transfer to a extension at my location in the skillset if no answer all calls default to a extension that is in skillset one. only that extension will ring and our queing...- Larrythecableguy

bcm programming issues
i have a bcm 400 with 3.7. When i program a function it works properly then a while later the programming changes you made disappear or looks like a change has not even happened. We test after every change and we have it working properly then awhile later it does not work.- Larrythecableguy
