The IP phone screens used to shut off after a certain amount of screen saver time but now they are always on. I think it happened after the last firmware upgrade. Is rolling back completely or partially an option? We use 9630 and 9620 style phones. Thanks

The time on the phones is about 3 minutes slow when will the system recalibrate? It's an 8710 system and I think it does it automaticly but I'm not sure when. When I try set time the time fields are low lighted so I can't do it manually like I used to before the upgrade to 8710.

These phones put call/brdg appearances on the first page by default how can move a pickup group button or busy indicator to the first page? Thanks

Just an update apparently our software load we are running doesn't support the 9620c. Will we upgrade? Will we just use 9630 only to avoid the upgrade? Stay tuned:)

The 9620s still don't work and our vendor support is slow for some reason can some one here answer these questions about firmware updates? Do I just copy the new files into the http server directory? Do I overwrite any files or directories that are the same?

Yes they have a USB port... Although the vendor thought that the invalid file message wasn't the problem he does want us to get the latest firmware on the network. I sent the link to the network guy but he was to busy assembling a new data center.

After doing a mute craft to check all that stuff while I had our vendor on the phone it all looks correct all the adresses and settings. They are not SIP if that helps Hmmmm...

Thanks for the responses I am trying to get the files from our vendor. I can't seem to get them directly from Avaya there is probably a reason for that.

Thank you that was what I needed I have a test vector set up that seems to work well. I think step 6 should be go to step 9 but I got the idea. I didn't know how to ad an announcement but when I did a "li ann" there were some unused ones already in the system so that worked out well. I suppose...
