    Problems with both dvd drives

    1st my main dvd drive the hp dvd840 doesn't recognize dvds and i don't know why and 2nd my sony dru-800a is listed as a cd drive on my system. Is there anyway to fix these problems?

    Whenever I use the fast user switching i come to the welcome screen and when i click on another name to logon to it just stays there with the login name for 5 min then goes back to the welcome screen. Any help?

    I have a hard drive used for my pvr and i connect it by usb and when i do connect it, windows doesn't detect it as a hard drive! It just comes up as an unknown device named "24" Any suggestions?
