Remote SIP Phones on release 8.1
I have got a customer that has release 8.1. I am trying to set up some remote users for them via SIP phones. I have 10 3rd party IP endpoint licenses. The phones are Polycom SoundPoint IP 331. I am able to get them to register on site, but when I am off site and replace the IPO on site IP...- jstewart12a

Battery Replacement
I've had the same issue after replacing the batteries. I used a small screwdriver and swabbed the battery terminal with a rubbing alcohol pad and it worked fine.- jstewart12a
