However we want to restrict access to specific phone numbers. The managers should only see calls from specific departments and associates below...

    Toll Free Mapping to VDN

    We have 127 toll free numbers and to assist in reporting we are considering 'landing' each TFN at it's own VDN. Anyone have advice on this?
