Sorry for the delay. Alright I just got into my lab and tested this all out again with my "Meat Temps" cond group. It is a required group for one of my entrees. Oracle Symphony all Condiments default with add as the prefix.
Hey Jimbob, Go to the Menu Item Class for the condiment and check the "Condiment Prefix Type." Make sure it's set to "Not a Prefix." I've had this problem before and I'm like 99% sure this was the fix. Let me know if that fixes things. Thanks,- Joseph.H

So I don't have the details handy. But what we used to do for our RES clients was have a simple VBS script that grabbed the file(s), put them in an email, and then sent them through our smpt service. Sure thing, no worres. I can share, I have a couple 610 images. Same question to you though, are you imaging with a boot disk or with clonezilla? The oracle image needs to be added to a dos type bootable disk, which isn't hard to do. and that image is a back to square one type image. so...- Joseph.H

So, the way I understand it, you might be using the wrong image The workstation 620 is to the 650, where the 625 is to the 655. I've had real wonky issues when I applied a 625 image to a 620. So i'm just guessing here, but your issue might be the same reason. I have a 620/650 Win10 Iot...- Joseph.H

Do you know the type of depoyment you're using from FreedomPay? i.e. FCC, FSWS FCCD, P2PE, etc? Full disclosure here, I'm more familiar with deploying FSWS for SImphony, than I am with the RES versions, so I may not be any help.- Joseph.H

Your milage may vary... But we create these credentials when we receive access to initial database from Oracle.
