IMF, You can also get the file by running the system diagnostic reporting tool, and download the results to your PC.... One of the files is the diag.dat, another one is diag.sav (history file of the same data).. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction..

Does anyone know how to look at the logs in the embedded VM on a 3300??? I need to find out when a message was recorded, when the light was turned on, and when the user played it. Easy on a NP 70, but I havent found the secret for the embedded VM.
