    WLAN 2211 UniSTIM help

I have a Nortel BCM 400 and use some WLAN 2211 handsets. I have syslog monitoring turned on on the phones. I was looking at the log and was noticing all the phones are returning a "unknown Unistim Cmd 003a from Mgr 0016<000>" message. What does this mean? Is it an error? How can it be...

    WLAN 2211 help

We recently purchased a WLAN 2211 phone. It works great as far as voice quality and funtionality. The problem I am having with it is that it has problems handing of to different AP's while I roam through a building. Any idea why? Would a firmware upgrade help with it?

    WLAN 2211 required equipment

According to a Nortel document is says the if your AP has WMM the 2245 will use that instead of the SVP protocol. SO we will be using the WMM Qos.

    WLAN 2211 configuration

According to Nortels website you can either use the 2245 Telephony Manager or an access point that supports WMM QOS. My AP's support the WMM Qos that the phones can use. When I boot up the phone it says it cant find the SVP Server. Anybody know of a way to get the WLAN 2211 to work without...

    Long Distance

We bought an ATA2 so we can fax out our BCM using our T1 line. Is there any way we can just dial the number instead of dialing 8 before it. Example: 16214234567 instead of 816214234567? Thanks

Thanks, Does the replacement hard drive have to be the exact same model as the current drives? Or can it be a bigger size, different brand?

    Hard Drive Replacement

WE are thinking about upgrading from 3.7 to 4.0. We have heard some systems crash during the upgrade process. Our BCM is equipped with a mirror drive, my question is can we take out the Mirror Master and replace it with a blank hard drive and make a mirror of the current system? If yes, will it...
