I've been trying to Login to Callpilot Application Builder, and I was told the password should be the same as your callpilot login but it keeps telling me "login failed. Please check log file and try again" Im lost right now. Any Help?
Recently our switch was upgraded from an option 61C to a CS1000, and since then I have been unable to get the pick up option on our analog (500) phones to pick up a call within its respective pick up group. picking up and dialing 3 1 does not work anymore. I am running out of options.
Ive been trying to add a Hotline to a 2554 phone but everytime I try and add it to FTR is always gives me an error and wont let me add it. I dont understand why. Everything else seems fine.
I am constantly disabling and reenabling our ISDN lines in the switch because they keep going down. I dont quite understand why. The lines are being used mainly for the VTC's.
