IP Office 500V2 directory on IX workplace

J179 FW upgrade
I finally resolved my issue. I was pointing the phone to the IP Office but the IP Office was setup to use manager rather than the memory card for the file server. That explains why I kept seeing the manager IP in the logs.- Jason Wasserberg

J179 FW upgrade
I'm trying to FW some J179's to 4.0.5.0.10 and it's failing looking for J100Supgrade.bin.http. The phones are pointing to a Windows file server but I can't find this file anywhere.
