Most are a range of PM or P4 ranging between 512 mb and 1 gb of RAM. It seems that the entire operation of the computer suffers until the application is removed. This does not affect all the computers on the network, just sporadic machines.

Hello All, We use Outlook 2003 for our e-mail client with MS Exchange; there is some high level managment that have mailboxes in the GB in size. Obviously their Outlook is quite slow, does anyone have any good ideas on how to improve the performace in Outlook for them? Jason Lee

The funny thing is it worked for a year without a problem. There is no driver disk for the docking station that came with it nor is there anything on the website. I will try to clean it, that could be the problem. Thanks for the info.
