If the PBX has no internet connection, I think you may have to manually set the date and time on each phone. You can try to do so via the settings key on the phone.

Thank you for replying! You were spot on! The destination number is the main telephone number and not the DID. I have notified the carrier that only the MTN is being sent and not the DIDs. I will follow up with the results.

I've pointed 3 DID's to internal extensions (SMARTDDI(DID) Number with a matching internal number)
Calls to each of those DID's ring and are answered by the AA greeting...
I'm new to the MiVO 400 as well. Not sure but maybe via the Call identification (CLIP) settings found in the SIP Trunk Group. That may be for all calls and NOT outbound calls from each user.

I'm trying to upload a .WAV file to the Wake-up settings of the system. Per the MiVoice Office 400 R6.0 Hospitality PDF, I've renamed the file to wakeup.wav. Each time I try uploading it, I get the message "File to be upload must have the following name: wakeup.wav"
Any suggestions...

I spoke too soon. I plugged the second 6920 SIP phone in and it had the same problem as the first one. I entered the phones Advanced Settings and changed the TFTPs server IP address to the Call Manager's IP address. Back to the drawing board.
