    Perhaps the handset is not being put down properly...but, if that were the case, does the line go idle after the disconnect or would it stay off-hook? The call would ring on the second call appearance wouldn't it? I just can't see how on a day to day basis these two receptions are not placing...

    Perhaps this is a quick question...why might a user on a digital set (5420) when picking up the handset to answer the call HAVE to choose the ringing line (a=) to answer the call? This happens 2 to 3 times a day from what they are saying but all other calls that come in to both receptionists...

    I have just one user who cannot be accessed via dial by last name, and all other users work. The customer verified the name is correctly spelled, but upon 2 hrs ago the name was wrong and he changed it and it still doesn't work. I had him restart the voicemail pro service from the services...

    IP403 - Admin Version 3.1 (65) Customer called in explaining that they are intermittently experiencing an issue with incoming calls to their DIDs.     Currently I have a Hunt group that plays an announcement right before it rings the group, is there a way to set this up so the announcement can be played during the hunting process? If so, how is it programmed? Thanks in advance!

    The system recognizes that its the end of a dialed sequence, so it calls out faster.

    Yes, I have deleted them and then added them back in. The customer did some rearranging of employees at the site last week, but apparently as I'm told, the problem began before all of that..
