I tried the same process to upgrade from....by open R8 IP Manager and gone to into directory preference change the path to R7 IP Office Manager Location....But when tried to upgrade it shows All Transfer Failed. I couldnt make it. Please help me to start using Teleworker licence. -Thanks, Sam

Thanks..... Formatting seems risky. Instead of I would prefer to go for ...the alternate option...like open IP Office Manager R8 and select the R7 Directory .....will try to downgrade to R7...hope that might work. -Thanks, Sam.
