SMDR buffer of KX-TDE200 itself is only 200 records.
It can be 10'000 records when IPCMEC-card (KX-TDE0105) is installed on IPCMPR card.
SD doesn't contain any SMDR data at all.
Sorry, but there is no chances to proove a call except of information from Telephony provider.
KX-T72xx, KX-T74xx and KX-T75xx series Digital Proprietary Telephones (2-wired) and KX-T70xx, KX-T73xx, KX-T77xx (except of KX-T7735 model) Analog Proprietary Telephones (4-wired) are compatible with KX-TD1232 system.
As Kizo said, DSP doesn't affect to IP-phones registration ability. You can register an IP-phone even without having DSP-card aboard.
Perhaps you trying to register to port 91 the same phone that you has already registered at port 2...

Try to make a direct internal call from system B's extension to that ICD group of system B - what will happen?
Then try to make a direct internal call from system A's extension to that ICD group of system B - what will happen?
It obviously means that at some moment PBX doesn't have enough resources of digital signalling processor (DSP) card and, by that reason, can't handle another call, that needs such resources.
