According to Cisco, the RVS4000 Does not support XAUTH. So if anyone ever ask in the future, we now know. Thanks for your help I have decided to just put a RVS4000 on each site and vpn that route.

Update: Not to confuse things, but if i put the vpn router connection in aggresive mode, i no longer get the previous message no wildcard. The message changes to [VPN Log]: "VPNPHONE"[2] MY IP ADDRESS #1: policy does not allow Extended Authentication (XAUTH) of initiator (we are responder)...

Ok, last try before i just setup a vpn point at each site with hardware. We are running ip office 500 with 4.2, the phone i am useing is a 5410 SW IP phone with vpn software loaded. Vpn router RVS4000 Below are two images of the setup pages on the router itself...

This is mind boggleing For some odd reason they don't want to dial 9, even though thats how the system is designed and it dial's 9 no matter what. So we created a SC to bypass the dial 9. The extensions are 1300-1400 If someone in the office dial's 11xx instead of 13xx by accident then hangs...

I set the system up and have all the voice mail box's ticked, i just left the site and it is all working now. Had to reboot the phone system and it started working. Thanks for the reply Telecomtek

Can't seem to locate this problem, we have a ip office 500 running 5.0 with embedded VM. If any of the users are on the phone and we transfer a call to them, it just rings and rings. We would like for the call to go to VM if someone is on thier phone. Where would i look to fix this? Thanks Experts
