Unfortunately it is a main nuber being dialed. All the unwanted calls are coming from a single ANA, some sort of robo-dialer. It goes to their sales floor.- gary1960

Any thoughts if it isn't answered by AUTO-Attendant? Local TELCO is saying that they can't help because the Dialed Number is pointed at a PRI.- gary1960

Hey I am mostly a CUCM guy. Nortel BCM 2.0. Company has a customer that wants to know if it is possible to redirect an incoming call by ANA to specific treatment. They are having some problems with a particular harrasing incoming call. Any thoughts?- gary1960
