Yes you have to purchase all the new OS and reinstall your server.....

When i haved this problem the pc in the vlan start to install the SMS client but because the boundaries for that vlan was not defined the install was not good. At this time the thing i do is to removed the SMS client from this pc (manually) and when i restart the pc the SMS client install was OK...
