    Talc Card dip switch settings

    I have a CS-1000 with one talc card installed now. I am adding 3 more talc cards, but I cant find documentation for the DIP switch settings. Does anyone have this documentation? Thank you, Jeff

    Call Pilot backup errors - Definitions

    I recieved this error in My Call Pilot backup log file. The file has 300 voice prompts, and keeps failing the backup. Does anyone know what "error: 41816" refers too? VLBackApp::BackupNode. Item '1004~`~file2~`~' has been skipped (error: 41816). Thanks for any advise. Jeff

    I have set Live Dial Pad on an ACD agent's phone and it doesnt seem to work. I have set the "on hook default path" for the headset. On a non-agent phone this works fine. I am wondering if this feature can work on an agent phone with their key zero the queue number and their key 3 their personal...

    NRS

    I cant seem to be able to get to the NRS using UCM in a 7.5 system. It used to be the signaling serv IP addres followed by /NRS. How do I navigate to the NRS in the new configuration? Thank you, Jeff
