Sorted it! I forgot to mention I also changed firewall routers. This new model supported SSL VPN, which was listening on port 443. 443 traffic wasn't being passed to the server. I changed the default port on it, and all is well.

FIXED! This was a certificate mismatch. I have a Go Daddy cert installed in IIS for OWA, but the RWW site in IIS was using the self signed. Ran the fix my network wizard, it displayed Component 4 network problem. And all is well. Regards
