Thank you we have done that still not showing though Do we need to reset the system afterwards ? do you know what system reset by software is on the same screen ? it's just that it is not showing up on our dhcp lists

When we connect our IP LDK-20 to the network to program it is not recognised and seems to upset the rest of the network when we look up in the dhcp list it is not present cables ok and blink when connected

I have used the system Date and Time function in my reports and all seemed fine. Now when I run the report it comes up with a paramter box to enter the date and time. Does anyone know why the reports are no longer picking up the system date and time ?
