Yes. The problem seems to have been partially resolved by (oddly) using a different USB port on the same computer, as long as I don't install Documents to Go, which gives me the same crash screen. Any explanation? I am out of answers.- Eli28

I found an earlier thread archived that dealt with this problem, but I didn't find any solution. Using a Sony Clie PEG-NR70 and changing from my old laptop (Compaq Presario 700 series, which worked fine) to my new laptop (Toshiba Satellite).
