As I say, not on site at the moment, so can't be 100% on that test result.

we tested:
1) Using a ddi to an agent (5410 handset)and trasfered to a CCR group, worked OK.
2) Took the SC offline and used the operators handset(5410)to answer a main group call & transfer to a CCR group, worked OK
Both are CCR agents with licences.

I know this is an old thread I'm referencing, but I have an ongoing problem with the power supplies for the IP500.
We have a base of aging V1 IP500's and I'm getting a fair number of blown power supplies, which, OK would be a pain, but manageble if I could get spares...

I have my doubts about it though... I reckon it will just push up the volume of the conference for all the calls, good and bad, not just adjust the bad.

This is a bit of an odd one.
It's taken us a while to work out the situation.
It's an IP500 V2 6.1.12, all VOIP phones 1600 series.
The trunks are ISDN 30's (x2).

Incoming calls via non geographic numbers ring for a minute, then cut off.
