Transfer form SoftConsole to CCR group- wallboard issue

Not on site anymore now, but I just rang the operator, she tried that, she reckons it just parked my call (in the bottom left screen). As I say, not on site at the moment, so can't be 100% on that test result.

Transfer form SoftConsole to CCR group- wallboard issue

Either, call comes in: Click on it & drag and drop onto group or, Hits Enter, dials group number and F2's it.

Transfer form SoftConsole to CCR group- wallboard issue

yes, it did. We're on the support advised upgrade path to try to resolve other funnies with SC. Hoped it wouldn't create more!

Transfer form SoftConsole to CCR group- wallboard issue

hmmmn, good point, badly worded. we tested: 1) Using a ddi to an agent (5410 handset)and trasfered to a CCR group, worked OK. 2) Took the SC offline and used the operators handset(5410)to answer a main group call & transfer to a CCR group, worked OK Both are CCR agents with licences. 3) SC on...

Transfer form SoftConsole to CCR group- wallboard issue

Hello, Sorry to trouble the collective with this odd one, hope it's not something stupid I've done this time! Just upgraded to IPO 8.1.81, SC4.2.35, CCR 8.1.41.1, Server 2008R2. (would go to 9, but customer can't spend the money) All seemed to go suspiciously well... but, If the SoftConsole...

    IP500 power supply failures...

Totally agree, popping a new unit in would be the simpler solution... if it weren't for the bean counters.. & they would never, ever get the paperwork sorted to buy from eBay.. But, when it takes 48 hours now to get a flipping unit to site, once it's been authorised that is, from wherever the...

    IP500 power supply failures...

thread940-1646782 Hi, I know this is an old thread I'm referencing, but I have an ongoing problem with the power supplies for the IP500. We have a base of aging V1 IP500's and I'm getting a fair number of blown power supplies, which, OK would be a pain, but manageble if I could get spares...

Call volume dropping when using VM Pro call recording

hmmmn, stuck the NoUser sournce number bit in yesterday, monitoring today. I have my doubts about it though... I reckon it will just push up the volume of the conference for all the calls, good and bad, not just adjust the bad.

Call volume dropping when using VM Pro call recording

Hi guys, Thanks for the replies.. The phones are all on the same LAN, very small network really, two HP Procurve switches and using the dual port on the phone for PC's. Voice and data split on seperate VLAN's. Volume drops off as more calls get recorded, doesn't waver, just gets quieter the...

Call volume dropping when using VM Pro call recording

Hi, This is a bit of an odd one. It's taken us a while to work out the situation. It's an IP500 V2 6.1.12, all VOIP phones 1600 series. The trunks are ISDN 30's (x2). G711 now being used, but was the same on G729. When we use the VM pro to record incoming external calls, we get a drop in...

Incoming calls cut off over non-geo numbers.. sanity check please.

Absolutely, completley agree. This is what I've been telling them, it's all ISDN, but the non geo guys are bamboozling the customer with so much horse poo, I'm beginning to doubt myself. I just want to be sure I've read the disconnect part of the trace right so I'm 100% sure and can tell them...

Incoming calls cut off over non-geo numbers.. sanity check please.

Hi, Hopefully this wil be an easy one! It's an old 2.1.31 IP412 (DT handsets), so no support from Avaya. Incoming calls via non geographic numbers ring for a minute, then cut off. Doesn't matter if you point the calls at a group or individual extn, always cut off. If you ring the underlying...

CCC Wallboards & Delta server losing connection

Hi, It's been a while since I worked on IPO so be nice (please)! Anyway, I have an IP Office (5.0.26) with CCC (delta server 5.2.36) with wallboards that intermittently lose connection (connection lost message)every couple of days. It's 3 WB's, but they don't all go at once. When you try to...

    Phone Assistant Chat Logs.

Hi, Please excuse the daft question (and I suspect there may be more...)but I've recently been tasked with looking after a lot of Panasonic product after years of Avaya gear. Anyway, I've had a question from a client asking if there any method of logging "chat" messages performed on the Phone...
