Ok guys. The upgrade has completed but i'm still having the same problems that I had before... The BCM 50 goes to r3 but the callpilot and other services are not coming up and the cpu is at 100%. It also takes about 30 to reboot. Any ideas??

Ok. Sorry for the delay in my response... The CDs that i'm using at this moment are the 1 to 3 upgrade. Remember, that equipment was first conceived as a rel 1, then it was upgraded to 2 (like 18 to 20 months ago) and then upgraded to rel 3. Now, after being factory defaulted, it has gone back...

I'm stuck in the second step. After I apply the keycode, I go to run the second step of the upgrade and it says that is invalid. :S

Well, basically what i'm trying to do is upgrade it from 1.0 to 3.0 and when I try to do the second step of the upgrade, which is in CD # 1, it says is invalid.

Go to Configuration > Telephony > Global Settings > Feature Settings and type in the name of your company on the Business Name box. Try that and let us know

IP Phones 1200's do not work on BCM 4.0. They only work on BCM 50 Rls. 3.0 and BCM 450 1.0

I've tried to do the same thing, but is not working. I've loaded the latest patches from december and it has not worked. Am I missing something?? I have Rls. 3.0 on my BCM50. Thank you
