we use voicemail pro 9.1 and we do a lot of twinning and a lot of international phone calling.
we're trying to keep a tight control on international long distance and wondering if SMDR will record the twinned activity and is it possible that call record can also record a twined call?
I am trying to forward calls from a use that is in a Group to their cell phone. I have Unconditional set along with Forward Hunt Group calls but the calls are not forwarding to the number 9+XXX+XXX+1234.

When I press the TRANSFER button I get an immediate busy signal.
I also checked to make sure the allow CONF calls to continue when the user drops the call. I can actually CONF the caller then DROP from the call and the call is transferred.
