    Hi Curlycord, Thanks for getting back to me. I didn't assign the HG to a set. I am using the HG's in the CCR tree only. I've done this many times before without having an HG populate a button on a set and out of the three HG's that I am using only HG:01 took a button.

    It's worse than that- The installing Tech skipped Ports 1, 2, 5, 6, 5 and 8. I triple checked all the cross connect wires from the KSU to the 110 block.
