I encounter another issue. Using the incoming via CO trunk the announcement flow is working
However the incoming call from ISDN trunk the announcement flow is not working, hearing engaged tone when grphunt EXT are busy.
Both CO trunk and ISDN incoming route destination pointing to same grphunt...

Yes correct, i followed this steps
but however when uploaded the .wav file showing zero. The announcement file format is PCM 16bit Mono. When performed the test call, it was silent.

We can ignore the Supplementary service.
Its using weblm for IPO licensing for current setup. Lately i did a reboot IPO manager and found the license are sync.

Yes, As @Shaun E mentioned requires license reservation otherwise the phone will not register.
I am just guessing it could be Supplementary services... if its not, then can ignore it.
"I trippled checked" means I verify all the EXT configuration all looks same and don't know what...

I already triple checked the all the SIP - 3rd party reserve license config. All same and I don't see differences.
Is this could be possible "H450" cause of the alarm for H.323 IP phones. Some are "None"

Yes, license is more than enough - Total license purchased 516. The simultaneous calls will not happen as this is hotel room environment.
Is there way to identify e.g. in Manager configuration or Monitor logs or etc
