all the phones can call out if i call any office with my cell phone it goes straight to receptions phone, before i messed it up any office would ring i have access to my call pilot manager but i dont know how to use it- cold4b

person a wants his calls and messages to go to person b's phone i followed what i thought were simple steps F4 then it says forward to and i punch in the extension the steps to reverse f#4 in doing that 1 time with my phone just to check if it would work, and if not, only my phone would get...- cold4b

Whats up guys so i tried switching something around and now non of HR's phone get calls from outside, everything goes to our receptionist which 'isnt good enough' how do i get each phone to recieve calls directly? thanks- cold4b
