F9** will get you into the rad programing if you are on site. I have already done that and programed the rad. i think i may have over looked something in the rad programing to allow me access the rad from my office. Fast Rad (no answer)
I have a Norstar ICS with a Fastrad connected to it. i have cahnged the system ID and Password. However i tried to access it and it says "no answer" after the customer dials F9*0 thanks- ckfender
