    Thanks for the reply, clearing translations should be fine for starters to clear down the CM side of things :) The G430 was purchased in, and i've never configured one from scratch. One thing I am sure is that it's on a different network range to my Lab VLAN, so i'm not sure of it's IP address...

    This is a very basic question but we have recently moved sites, and we have decided to use the old CM as a test rig. Is there a simple way to essentially wipe all existing configuration settings and fresh start? Thanks

    Upgrading 96xx phone firmware

    Hi I have a bunch of 9620/9608 phones and understand it's possible to configure an auto update via feature access code (not sure if this is the best / only way to do this). At the moment we are having to put the BIN file on the http server, reboot the phone and wait for the 96xx/46xx settings...
