We had a similar set up with the same version of IC - if a skill was changed for an agent, they would automatically be logged out and would have to log back in to continue working. This would be reguardless of which tool made the change (PBX or CMS).
Thank you - I have been able to assign a number to all numbers on a given trunk, however I am trying to allow the caller to display for individual numbers
(i.e., 123-456-xxxx, where xxxx=the extension of the employee).

On my EC500, caller ID works and I receive my extension as the CID, however if I dial directly from my phone to an outside line, there is not CID (appears as private or '0'). None of our phones will provie their CID. Hope that is enough details ...
