Hopefully they're able to recover and come back stronger. I've worked for/on Mitel systems since Mitel acquired Inter-tel, and worked on Inter-tel since 1999. I can't speak for the SX200, as I didn't get much hands on with it when Mitel bought Inter-tel. The 3300 was what I mainly worked on...- cdent

Is the 5312 licensed as a multi-device phone? If it is, do you have a multi device user group built for it? Most times I see a phone in the LOCKED phase, is because its licenses as multi device, but the MDUG hasn’t been created yet.- cdent
