System is an maim 50b with digital and analogue extensions.
Someone on extension 100 has transferred a voicemail from 100 to 101
The system is using old LKD Digital phones Ext 100 is an LKD30DS Ext 101 is an LKD8DS
so what is happening the red light is flashing on Ext 101 but...

When questioned, how did that happen, it wasn't me. Well here's the bill anyway.
Never used that option could not see why anyone would, telephones in business are meant to be answered.

I'm not sure exactly when the fault started but it was not there before. They reported it Friday and yes they do have VMIB set up on all extensions.
They do love to play with their phones.

Ipldk 100 is the same as iPldk 20 programming, so PMG 142 flex 6 would be the same in both systems.
What the customer failed to tell me was that the MOH was from a CD player going through MPB (04 external music MPB)
But plugged into wrong output on MPB...

Yes it would need to be the same, I have seen evidence of a power supply that was upgraded to a 2W Resistor on R49 and R50 it started a fire when the power supply over heated.
It invalidated their insurance, I am assuming that the cab is pretty much stacked out with cards?
