I need to reset the IP Office UCM password to default.
I had to do this to default a used unit that I bought. Was able to use a Tripp-Lite USB-c to serial cable since my laptop does not have a true serial. Also used PuTTY since it is free rather than HyperTerminal.- BuddyFunJet

Office 9.1 Service Pack Download Assistance Request
I purchased an IP Office Partner 9.1 to replace my existing ACS. The current software on the IP Office is 9.1.0 and I would like to update to service pack 12. The Avaya website will not allow me to download the service pack since I do not have a relationship with Avaya. What is the best path...- BuddyFunJet
