Under Options>User Configuration> Fonts, there is an option to do so but there is a limit to the size. But I don't believe the font size for the fields you mentioned can be changed lest I'm wrong.

we tested this model with MX-ONE v3.1 a while back and had a problem with the Name Identity, NI.
For example: if extension 101, had a name identity associated with it via NIINI, the Aastra 312 Phone (say local 102 in our case) could not complete the call to 101.
