What firmware version are you running on the IP Office? I sent Voxitas screenshots of my configuration for future customers. I will send the screenshots to you but I am not sure what the best way is to get them to you. Who are you working with at Voxitas?
Do you have a suggestion for a replacement model? I used to use the 5400 series before they discontinued them. I am not a big fan of the 1400 series at all.

I have a SIP trunk through Voxitas. I upgraded the IP 500 V2 to 7.0(5) from 6.1(12). After the upgrade I found inbound calls take longer to go through and sometimes the call does not go through at all. Some calls take 45 seconds before the phone on the calling party end will start ringing...
