    Option 125 was disabled so I enabled it but still no second ring on console. I also reset the system but still does not ring on second incoming call. Any other ideas? Is there any programming on the console that needs to be done? Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

    Thanks for the support. I tried changing option 404 from 30 to 6 but I still get no burst of ring at all. Option 404 is listed as "Recording failure to HANGUP TIMER" I didn't get a burst of ring every 30 seconds either. I tried 3 different consoles. The test that I am making is a station call to...

    Anyone know how to program SX1000 console to get a burst ring while busy on another call. Right now console only rings when idle. If busy only gets call waiting display when second call comes in.
