Running NRU 11 and Excel 2007. Want to import config from mics 7.1 to worksheet. Backup MICS created a customer database but when I open workbook naics7.0 none of the config info is in the worksheet. Any pointers in what I am doing wrong. Thanks

Have CICS V6.1 that has a problem with one line. It is a system board problem. If I replace the cabinet can I program the new cabinet from the backup of the old one or is the sys id difference between the two cabinets going to prevent this.

Have ver 31.10.14.22. Does some neat tricks with the CCR tree disappearing. Again sporadic. Nortel response, pay us some more money and we will upgrade to software that works. Nothin free for the end user from Nortel :)

Have a CP150 V3.1 The CCR suddenly stopped working on all lines. Restored a known good backup still no go. Added a menu item to CCR saved it then deleted the new item and resaved. CCR tree started working again. Anybody heard of any issues with V3.1 Thanks
