Thats OK. It is the purpose of these phones only for conferencing. But can't find button, which help operator to distinguish, which hooks are lifted and speaking into conference.

What about button, indicating IPOffice other user activity. That button should be able to distinguish between off-hook and on-hook (but using speakerphones) activity. Is there a button with mentioned functionality?

Thanks guys for reply. We want to connect 30 phones (about 10 users are speaking simultaneously). When user pickup hook, he can speak into conference. When the hook is on, users can only hear others speaking on speakerphones. We need digital or IP phones i think, not analog? How about licenses...
