I already have a rule in Outlook to forward the faxes and then delete them. This is when it puts a line through them. If I call into the CP system it sees those messages as still there. I will look at the cls for auto-deleting.

Ok, so I found the problem, thought you might like to know. The culprit was the STRG (string to indicate end-of-dialing) in LD 15. It was set to 1, and of course, every time I tried to forward I was dialing 91xxxxxxxxxx and once it saw the “1” it took that as a signal that I was finished...
