Oh no, really. Dam, that stinks. I only have 4 incoming lines. Do I need both pf them ?. I was looking at some on ebay the other day. But I wasn't sure if I needed them or not or even which ones to get.

Well I would like to have caller ID on this system. Do you know how I go about that. I know I have three slots, 2 big and one small. The two big ones have cards in them and 1 smaller one is empty.

Well that a good thing then. So I guess I'm dealing with some old stuff then it seems. Should I up grade ? But then again if I do, how do I do that. Where do I get the upgrade from?

Yea it works fine as can I guess. I love that part of it. It took me a long time to set it up the FIRST time. With the ccr and everything. Dose Norstar even make phones anymore ?

Thanks guys. OK I did all the that and this is what I have SP 30agk07nat CP 30.00.75.22 Of what I can tell I have 2.0 version. I think.. If that's true should I get a upgrade. Does it pay ?.. Thanks again for all you help. This is my first real phone system

Hi everyone. I been installing our new (new to us) Norstar Plus compact ICS with callpilot 100 My big question is how do I tell what version firmware I have in either units. Everything works fine but I would like to use the most up to date stuff if I can. Or if it even pays.. Thanks a lot.
