Forgot to note there was a stuck key on the 7310. Freed one of the three keys right under the LCD display. Then the Feature key responded.

Found out I had to disconnect and reconnect the power and then within 15 min try to "restart". That worked, I am now able to go thru the installation. Thanks for your help! I am wish to keep this thread open until I finish the install just in case i need further assistance.

I got my 7310 "Feature" button to work. When I run "STARTUP", I get a message displayed "STARTUP DENIED". Any suggestions?

If the "Feature" key is not working on my 7310, what are my choices? Has anyone repaired a phone before? I was going to open it up and see what I can see. I am hoping that the key is only stuck with dirt or something else. Thank you everyone.

The problem happens on all the phones. I believe the 4 phones I have are 7308's. I have one 7310 but the feature key does not seem to function. I get the power up sequence with the time displayed on the 7310.
