How to program symposium so that it output the file to a specified folder?
Hi, I did schedule it to a "shared" folder on the CCMA cuz if I didn't it would pop up an error saying that it is not a shared folder. and about your iceadmin account, do i need to ask someone in my department to allow me access to that account ? I am pretty new to this symposium- akino25

Hi, I am able to program so that it will print a call history from yesterday at 1 pm of each day. However, there is also an option that allows us to output it as an excel file.
