Took forever to get Avaya to get to the bottom of it but the backup is finally working. It was actually extracting the backup folder to another folder and wouldn't be recognized. After extracting the initial backup we had to drill down one more folder then upload it to the /OtherBackups folder...

Unfortunately, that was enabled and it's till not working. I'm going to downgrade the server and try again. I appreciate the post.

I will check today and update. I've never had to enable in the past so I didn't even think to check for it. Either way I appreciate the response.

Thanks IPGuru, I did this last night and luckily I didn't have to rehost. I didn't even get the warning that I might have to. It rebooted and everything came back up valid and working. I'll take it lol. Thanks for the response.

Hello all, I need to widen the subnet on the lan 2 interface of a server edition. Does anyone happen to know if this would invalidate the licensing the same way changing the actual IP would? Thanks in advance

Everything about this release is a mess. From upgrades to fresh installs and everything in between. This is the release that will end the on prem IPO line and I'm pretty sure that's as designed. It's a shame cause it was really starting to reach it potential before this. Time to start looking...

Thanks but I would apply the question to that release as well. Taking out the possible bugs of the software I was wondering more about the process.
