Can I forward CLID on an incomming call via PRI out to the forwarded destination? Customer wants calls forwarded to thier cell phone to show originators CLID not the BCM's PRI CLID.
If you record something in the key menu field by mistake the caller hears two greetings the one you recorded in *8101 ond then the one in *8104. I just re-recorded 3 sec of silence but I was just wondering if there was a way to default the embedded vm just to clear all voice recordings.

Have you tried turning off Allow direct media path on the VOIP tab of the IP phones? I think I had the same problem and this may have fixed it. However every call seemed to use 2 VCMs.
