I am trying to set a mailbox that would intercept un answered calls at different incoming call distribution groups, I think I understand how to configure a mailbox for the incoming call distribution group number, but I am completely at lost on 500 and 591… setup. I could not find any guides, can someone show me the light. (Ns700 with system 9)

500 is the VM group
591 592 etc are the VM extensions if you call 500 the first free access will pick up
so you have to point to 500
