Does anyone know where I can find an example database for a booking system. a program where I can book an apointment in 15minutes blocks and be able to see what apointmentslots is available for a specific date.

If anyone out there has done any similar stuff I would be glad to get some example code to start off with (or a link to example databases)

Thanks

Have you looked at off the shelf software such as Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Organizer, ACT!, or some of the other PIM (Personal Information Manager) or scheduling software. Is there an overriding reason to build rather than buy this solution?

Hi

I actually wrote and is using an access 2000 appoinment book for my little mobile dog grooming business. I have it set up in both a front and back end ( 2 files) Send me your email and I'll try to download it for you. Then you can offer suggestions and improvements.

I have not been able to figure out active x calendar yet so it gives me the calendar grid on the screen.

We started using a product called Sars Grid that works off a network server. We plan on usng it for financial aid and academic/personal counseling. Might be too pricey for what you want. Hard to say.
