I'm using a Mac with OSX and received the VeMail as a WAV file associated with Quicktime. When I open the file from the email I get the error "Quicktime is missing software to display this movie...unfortunately the software is not on the server" If I save the file and try to open it from a
directory the error changes to "Couldn't open file audio.wav because an invalid track was found in the movie".

I know this is a straight audio file. I tried playing the file on my PC and it worked fine, so I know the file was not corrupted. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? I tried adding to iTunes, but the WAV file was
never added. I have duplicated the problem on the Mac that I use as well.

I have researched this problem, but have not found anything useful, so far.

Then, I received a AIFF file and got another different error, but I feel the WAV and AIFF errors are somehow related. The error I get when trying to open the AIFF file is "Couldn't open the file audio.aif because the end of the file was reached prematurely.

At least someone out there is having the same problem. I can't figure this out either.
