I am missing actnumbr_1, actnumbr_2 and actnumbr_3 (we do not use actnumbr_4) for some of the posted data in GL10110 and GL10111. What would cause this to happen? When I go into GL00105, I see the actidx and the associated account number. I also see the actidx, account number and actcatnum in GL00100. This seems odd to me, any ideas?
I fixed all the missing data a couple of days ago,but when I took a look at it this mornig, I found 13 more records missing data. I know the data is recent because it is for year1=2004 and period=8 (this year, august). I just can't figure out how it is getting inserted into the tables without account number information.

These two tables GL10110 and GL10111 are summary tables and are created when you reconcile. They do not require the actual account strings. They use the Actindx. This I believe is for speed purposes.

Ok- but why would it not have account information for only some of the accounts and not all of them?

If you manually changed this info it will show. That's why those new records did not have act numbers associated with them, because they were added through the system. That's why I suggest you follow the info in your other thread and delete the GL10110 and GL10111 and reconcile. It will clear this up for you.
